Nestled at 211 Harrison Street in Oak Park’s vibrant Arts District, Publican Quality Bread (PQB) brings the principles of artisan baking right to our neighborhood. A passion project of One Off Hospitality (home to The Publican, Big Star, avec, and more) and led by James Beard Award–winning baker Greg Wade, PQB expands the bakery’s reach beyond Chicago city lines for the very first time.
