Saturday With Santa

Please read the following information and complete the form if you wish to participate in Saturday With Santa on November 21st.

In partnership with the Collaboration with Early Childhood, this event focuses on families with young kids.

-The Collaboration creates a program for the event guiding visitors to each space for activities.

-Participating shops should have candy canes on hand for the candy cane walk. Expect 100-300 participants.

-The event includes a free photo shoot with Santa at the Village Church. Families are dressed for photos and it is strongly encouraged to have a selfie station in or near your shop.

-The Collaboration distributes Cece the pig (a small crochet pig) to any shop that wants one. Kids will be on the hunt for these pigs as they explore the district. Make sure to sign up on the form.

-We encourage you to have some sort of kids activity in your space. You can have a simple craft or a letter writing station to Santa.

What you can do?

-Complete this form so that you are included on the website and program.

-Have candy canes available for kids.

-Have a Holiday themed selfie station in your shop. This is a great chance to use social media to spread the word about your shop by allowing shoppers to create “Instagram-ready” shots around the district.

-Have kids activities (like a simple craft or coloring activity) to occupy the kids for a moment so that parents can shop.
