Joe Olson is amazing.  He loves music.  He’s musically versatile … rock, ballads, musician, singer, writer, producer …  and now creates a Teen Jazz Improv with fellow musicians Stephen Schmuldt and Justin Casas.  This promises to be a great groove … guitar, electric piano and bass improvising while playing off each other in this teenage version of jazz improv.  The possibilities are endless.  These guys have been playing together for three years and are really tight.

• #1 Ranked 2009 Battle of the Bands at Glenbard South, Lombard
• #1 Ranked 2008 & 2007 Battle of the Bands at Lake Park High, Roselle

ABOUT THE BAND

Joe Olson, Stephen Schmuldt, and Justin Casas, with a combined 22 years of music experience and 40 years of life experience, join musical forces on May 15th at Creative Changes as part of the What’s Blooming on Harrison community wide event. Joe Olson, plays guitar, sings, writes and engineers his own recordings.  He attends Lake Park High School in Roselle, and has been playing guitar for 5 years, and been active in music for 9.  Stephen Schmuldt plays electric piano and is also from Lake Park High.  He has been involved with music for 6 years.  Justin Casas, from Hoffman Estates High School has played bass guitar for 6 years and been involved in music for 7.
